Continuous improvement

GSW maintains a policy of continuous improvement by means of investment in new technology, the implantation of modern management systems and the specialisation and improvement of human resources with a view to maintaining and improving a product with the quality required to better satisfy our customers.

At present, our general lines of action are focused on:

New products
The creation of new greatly demanded products with a high value added, aimed basically at the automobile industry.

QS 9000
The implantation and certification of a Total Quality system in accord with the requirements of the reference system QS 9000 "Quality System Requirements" of the manufacturers Chrysler, Ford and General Motors, considered internationally as one of the most advanced Total Quality Systems on today's market.

ISO GUIDE 25
The certification of our Chemical laboratory as compliant with the ISO Guide 25 "Requirements for the technical competence of test and calibration laboratories". We are currently at certification stage with regard to the German Association Deutsches Akkreditierungssystem Prüfwesen GmbH (DAP).
