All of our wire rods can be supplied with annealing and/or pickling-coating treatments.
ANNEALING:
Annealing is performed in an EBNER furnace with a hydrogen atmosphere following the specifi c processes according to the type of steel. Before annealing, the wire rod is subjected to a mandatory chemical pickling process, which, for subsequent use of the wire rod, means that there is no calamine elimination problem.
PICKLING-COATING:
We can supply wire rod pickled in CIH with a subsequent coating of the following:
- Phosphating ? soaping (special polymer)
- Phosphating and/or liming
- Phosphating and/or borate coating
